Orders and payment

Prices, taxes, discounts, and payment are completed at Square checkout. The amount shown on Square is the amount you pay. We may cancel an order if an item cannot be fulfilled.

Shipping and pickup

Deep Seapothecary ships within the United States using USPS and FedEx. Service depends on destination and package size. Most orders leave the studio within 2–5 business days. During busy periods, processing may take up to 10 business days before handoff to the carrier. Orders placed before 6:00 PM ET enter the same-day processing queue when possible; orders placed after 6:00 PM ET begin the next business day. We deliver to most U.S. addresses, including some P.O. Boxes depending on the carrier. We do not currently offer international shipping.

In-store pickup in Westminster is available when you choose that option at checkout. Pickup times follow shop hours and require at least 60 minutes after the order.

Returns

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. Items must be unused and in original condition. This includes custom products and consignor pieces — the same 14-day policy applies. Bespoke perfume consultations and custom-blended fragrances made for you are final sale and non-returnable.

To start a return, contact us at info@deepseapothecary.com or 443-244-0300. Returns are handled by our team — there is no self-serve return portal. If an item is defective or damaged, contact us within 3 days for a replacement.

Accounts and consultations

Shop accounts are optional and let you track orders and High Tide progress. Consultation requests and bespoke fragrance work are a separate service with their own booking and payment step. Bespoke perfume is non-returnable once commissioned or blended for you.
