What we collect

When you place an order we collect the details needed to fulfill it: contact information, pickup or shipping details, and payment confirmation. Card numbers are handled by Square. We do not store full payment-card numbers on this site.

If you create a shop account, we store your name, email, and order history so you can sign in, see past purchases, and follow High Tide loyalty progress.

If you request a bespoke fragrance consultation, we store the information you submit on the request form (including your story and availability) so we can schedule and complete that work.

How we use it

We use this information to process orders, arrange pickup or shipping, send receipts, provide account and loyalty features you choose to use, and fulfill consultations you request. We do not sell customer lists.

Payment and processors

Checkout and payment are processed by Square. Square’s processing terms and privacy practices apply to the payment step.
