Furikake & Lemon Butter Recipe

Makes about 1 cup

#### Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1½ tablespoons Bonito Furikake
2 teaspoons finely grated lemon zest
Fine salt, only if needed

#### Instructions

Let the butter soften completely at room temperature.
Place the softened butter in a bowl and add the Bonito Furikake and lemon zest.
Mix thoroughly until evenly combined.
Taste before adding any salt, since the Furikake may already provide enough seasoning.
Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate until firm.

Keep refrigerated and use within 1 week.
